Job summary

Pronghorn Initiative Holdings LLC is seeking energetic, professional Brand Ambassadors for part-time retail tastings, events, and activations. You will educate consumers, promote the brand story, and help convert engagement into bottle sales while supporting retailers and distributors.

Role requires evening/weekend availability, strong communication, and the ability to stand for several hours and lift up to 40 pounds.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a confident, outgoing personality.
• Previous brand ambassador, hospitality, retail, beverage, sales, promotional, or event experience preferred.
• Ability to initiate conversations, educate consumers, and comfortably ask for the sale.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to work independently while following established company standards.
• Team-first attitude and willingness to support broader market objectives.
• Reliable transportation and smartphone access for scheduling, photography, dashboards, and reporting.
• Availability for evenings and weekends, when activations occur.
• Ability to stand for 3-4 hours, lift 25-40 pounds, and set up/break down equipment.
• Previous beverage-alcohol experience is preferred but not required for strong sales professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Conduct scheduled tastings, promotional events, and consumer-facing activations.
• Proactively engage consumers and introduce them to the brand portfolio.
• Communicate key brand attributes and drive bottle sales.
• Maintain displays, product availability, and merchandising.
• Build relationships with store managers, bartenders, and distributors.
• Complete event recaps and report bottles sold, samples, and observations.
