Job summary

Pronghorn is seeking energetic, professional Brand Ambassadors to represent the Caribbean-inspired spirits brand at retail tastings, events, and on-premise activations. You will educate consumers, share the brand story, and drive premium experiences that convert engagement into bottle sales.

Responsibilities include scheduled tastings, educating customers on the portfolio, supporting retailers and distributors, and reporting outcomes with accuracy. Evening and weekend availability required.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a confident, outgoing personality.
• Previous brand ambassador or related experience preferred.
• Ability to initiate conversations, educate consumers, and close sales.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills; able to work independently.
• Team-first attitude and willingness to support market objectives.
• Reliable transportation and smartphone access for scheduling and reporting.
• Availability for evenings and weekends; able to stand for 3–4 hours and lift 25–40 pounds.
• Beverage-alcohol experience preferred but not required for strong sales professionals.

Responsibilities

• Conduct scheduled tastings and consumer-facing activations.
• Educate consumers on brand attributes and suggest SKUs.
• Convert engagement into bottle sales and promote multiple SKUs.
• Build relationships with store managers and distributor partners.
• Execute activations with proper branding and reporting.
• Complete event recaps and upload data on scheduling platforms.
