You will learn machine setups, operate cutters, perform preventative maintenance, and manage Oracle data orders. Strong communication and teamwork are essential to meet daily goals and ensure product quality.

Qualifications

• Must be able to interpret and enter Oracle production orders.
• Proficient in machine setup and preventative maintenance.
• Adhere to LOTO safety requirements and operate cutter procedures.
• Ability to identify fault conditions and troubleshoot equipment.

Responsibilities

• Learn and assist all required machine setups for 17” winder equipment.
• Operate, set up, and troubleshoot equipment as required.
• Operate cutter and perform machine preventative maintenance.
• Enter Oracle production orders and track production information like scrap and downtime.
• Document and maintain machine logs; report quality measurements and metrics.
• Assist crew with set ups, packaging, and quality requirements.
