Job summary

The Brickle Group is seeking a Machine Operator II in Spinning to run 2 spinning frames, focus on quality, safety, teamwork and continuous improvement. You will inspect goods and document results while following standard procedures.

2nd shift, 2:00 PM–10:15 PM, with pay ranging from $20.10 to $24.12 per hour. Must read/write English, do basic math, and be dependable; manufacturing experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Must be able to operate machines in a manufacturing environment.
• Must read, write, and communicate in English.
• Basic math skills required.
• Flexibility to work overtime as requested and varied shift as business needs arise.
• Dependability and punctuality a must.

Responsibilities

• Operate 2 Spinning Frames.
• Follow safety rules and use PPE.
• Clean machines and keep area 5S compliant.
• Record data and report to Supervisor.
• Communicate issues and provide status updates.
• Identify quality issues and contribute to process improvements.
