Job summary

The Brickle Group is seeking a Machine Operator II for its production team. The role focuses on setting up, running, and changing over multiple textile machines with strict adherence to safety and quality standards.

You will inspect finished goods, document results, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives. Candidates should have 1-3 years in manufacturing, lean experience, and textile knowledge, with forklift certification preferred.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years related manufacturing experience.
• Lean manufacturing experience.
• Experience in or knowledge of textile industry.

Responsibilities

• Set up, run, and change over multiple textile machines independently.
• Inspect goods and document results to ensure quality.
• Follow all safety rules, including LOTO and PPE requirements.
• Maintain/update SOPs and support continuous improvement.
• Meet or exceed productivity targets and respond to production needs.
• Assist with training others when needed.
