The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, knowledge of surgical instruments, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of aseptic/sterile technique.
• Familiarity with surgical instrumentation and supplies.
• Competency with Microsoft Office and standard computer use.
• Ability to read and comprehend written instructions clearly.
• Understanding regulatory requirements at multiple levels.

Responsibilities

• Anticipates surgeon needs and informs circulating nurse during procedures.
• Assembles supplies, equipment, and medications prior to procedures.
• Maintains aseptic technique throughout the surgical team.
• Supports satisfaction initiatives and maintains professional relationships.
• Oversees room turnover and assists with orientation and training.
