Globus Medical seeks an experienced Fast Track Associate Trauma Specialist to promote products across the United States within company guidelines. You will leverage deep product knowledge and surgeon relationships to meet and exceed territory goals, while coordinating with product development and attending key industry events.

The role requires travel, OR exposure is a plus, and strong communication skills to articulate value props and perform effective presentations.

Formación

• 2+ years medical device sales or B2B sales experience with a Bachelor's Degree.
• Operating room experience is a plus.
• Willingness to travel, including nights and/or weekends.
• Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong understanding of skeletal/orthopedic anatomy.
• Ability to deliver sales presentations with positive results.

Responsabilidades

• Goes beyond sales goals within the assigned territory and meets/exceeds them.
• Gains product knowledge through formal training and surgeon programs.
• Communicates new ideas to product development promptly.
• Attends sales meetings, trainings, conventions, and trade shows as directed.
• Develops deep knowledge of Globus Medical products and competitors.
• Provides feedback on product development opportunities and market trends.
• Builds relationships with trauma surgeon customers.
• Maintains consignments and loaner inventory; moves loaner sets as needed.
• Creates and updates an annual business plan with quarterly updates.
• Manages travel expenses within budget and adheres to conduct policies.
