Job summary

Globus Medical is seeking an Associate Spine Specialist to support the Spine Territory Manager. You’ll manage territory coverage, inventory, and assist with sales calls to promote our products to surgeons and healthcare providers.

You’ll build product knowledge through training, attend surgeries when needed, and work to grow market share while upholding our quality policies and compliance standards. Travel may be required.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years spine sales experience preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in science or business required.
• Excellent listening, communication, and influencing skills.
• Willingness to travel including nights/weekends.
• Strong understanding of spinal anatomy.

Responsibilities

• Gains and increases product knowledge through formal training and surgeon programs.
• Meeting or exceeds all sales goals and objectives assigned.
• Conducts sales calls to promote, sell, and service Globus Medical products to customers.
• Assists the Spine Territory Manager on field calls for geography and issues.
• Performs field ride along with Area Director and Spine Territory Manager.
• Develops and increases customer base and market share within territory.
• Provides feedback on product development opportunities and market feedback.
• Maintains compliance with quality policies and training.
• Represents the company professionally with ethical conduct.
