Qualifications

• 1+ years of demonstrated sales success in the spine implant industry or surgical team experience.
• Ability to relate to health care professionals within the Spine, Orthopedics, and Biologics markets.
• Comfortable in the operating room.

Responsibilities

• Represent Arthrex Chicago and maintain customer relations in the operating room.
• Educate surgeons on instrumentation and techniques.
• Increase territory sales through strong business relationships.
• Communicate with customers regarding product updates.
• Implement new sales plans and marketing strategies.
• Cross-sell additional products as needed.
• Support compliance and private information maintenance.
• Keep current on competitive data and industry trends.
