Job summary

Arthrex Denver is seeking a Spine Sales Manager to lead and grow the Spine portfolio across our Colorado geography. The role requires expert product knowledge, field leadership, and the ability to train and motivate a sales team while advising surgeons in the operating room.

You will develop territory plans, manage relationships with surgeons and hospitals, deliver compelling presentations, and ensure achievement of sales quotas.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• Minimum 5 years field experience in orthopedic medicine.
• Minimum 3 years endoscopic spine experience.
• Excellent communication, planning, organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Experience presenting to large groups and executives.
• Knowledge of surgical orthopedics with spine focus.

Responsibilities

• Develops a Business Plan and Sales Strategy for the territory.
• Serve as main technical expert for Spine portfolio.
• Achieve sales goals and quotas.
• Lead and coach the Spine team and manage training protocols.
• Attend surgeries to provide technical guidance to surgeons.
• Build relationships with Area Managers, Territory Managers, and leadership.
• Travel to client sites to deliver equipment and support.
