Job summary

VB Spine, LLC is seeking a Spine Sales Associate to gain hands-on OR experience while supporting surgical teams during spinal procedures. You will build relationships in the medical field and develop the technical and clinical skills needed to succeed in spine sales.

This role involves prepping spinal instrumentation, learning anatomy and imaging, coordinating inventory across hospital accounts, and delivering responsive, detail-oriented service.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree or medical certification required; 2+ years work experience.
• High school diploma with 4+ years relevant experience.
• 4+ years of military service.

Responsibilities

• Support surgical teams by prepping and managing spinal instrumentation and implants.
• Learn spinal anatomy, imaging, and techniques through structured training and real-world exposure.
• Manage logistics and surgical inventory across hospital accounts.
• Ensure successful surgical case coverage by staying sharp, responsive, and detail-oriented.
• Work closely with surgeons, hospital staff, and your team to deliver outstanding service.
• Represent VB Spine with professionalism, urgency, and integrity.
