Job summary

Mercy’s Spine & Pain Management team in St. Louis, MO is hiring a Registered Nurse (RN) for a Day shift in a full-time, 40-hour workweek. You will provide patient-centered care, assist with procedures, administer meds, and coordinate follow-ups with a focus on safety and quality outcomes.

The role requires graduation from an accredited nursing program, current state license, CPR certification, and strong clinical documentation. No prior experience required, training provided.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited school of nursing.
• Current valid state nursing license.
• CPR certification or obtain within 90 days of employment.
• Experience: Not required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and assess patients, including pain evaluations, vitals, and medical history.
• Assist providers with spine and pain management procedures and treatments.
• Administer medications and injections; support IV therapy as needed.
• Monitor patients and respond to changes in condition.
• Coordinate care, including follow-ups, referrals, and patient education.
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with clinical standards.
• Support a safe, efficient clinic environment and assist with lab/testing as needed.
