Mercy Clinic Southfork Spine & Pain Management in St. Louis, MO is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to join the Spine & Pain Management team.

This full-time role involves day shift hours (8:00am-4:30pm) at Mercy Clinic Southfork, providing patient-centered nursing care and assisting with procedures, medications, and patient education. You will collaborate with providers and care teams, coordinate follow-ups, and maintain accurate documentation while upholding Mercy Service Standards and

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited school of nursing.
• Knowledge of nursing principles and safety practices.
• CPR certification or obtain within 90 days of employment.
• Ability to communicate clearly and establish and maintain effective working relationships with patients, staff and the public.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and assess patients, including pain evaluations, vitals, and medical history.
• Assist providers with spine and pain management procedures and treatments.
• Administer medications and injections; support IV therapy as needed.
• Monitor patients and respond to changes in condition.
• Coordinate care, including follow-ups, referrals, and patient education.
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with clinical standards.
• Support a safe, efficient clinic environment and assist with lab/testing as needed.
