Job summary

Mercy is seeking a Registered Nurse for Spine & Pain Management in Saint Louis, MO. This full-time role supports advanced pain management care in a dynamic clinic, delivering patient-centered treatment and coordinating with multi-disciplinary teams.

The RN will assess patients, assist with procedures, administer medications, monitor conditions, and maintain thorough documentation to ensure high-quality care and safety throughout the clinic day.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited school of nursing.
• Current valid state nursing license.
• CPR certification or ability to obtain within 90 days of employment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and assess patients, including pain evaluations, vitals, and medical history.
• Assist providers with spine and pain management procedures and treatments.
• Administer medications and injections; support IV therapy as needed.
• Monitor patients and respond to changes in condition.
• Coordinate care, including follow-ups, referrals, and patient education.
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with clinical standards.
• Support a safe, efficient clinic environment and assist with lab/testing as needed.
