Mercy’s Spine & Pain Management RN role offers a day shift, full-time schedule in a dynamic clinic setting. You’ll use clinical nursing skills to prepare patients, assist with procedures, administer meds and injections, and coordinate follow-ups and education to support patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited school of nursing and active RN license.
• CPR certification required or obtained within 90 days of employment.
• Not required to have prior clinical experience.
• Knowledge of nursing principles, medications, patient education, and safety practices.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and assess patients, including pain evaluations, vitals, and medical history.
• Assist providers with spine and pain management procedures and treatments.
• Administer medications and injections; support IV therapy as needed.
• Monitor patients and respond to changes in condition.
• Coordinate care, including follow-ups, referrals, and patient education.
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with clinical standards.
• Support a safe, efficient clinic environment and assist with labs/tests as needed.
