Job summary

Mercy Clinic is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to join the Spine & Pain Management team in Missouri. This full-time, day-shift role involves nursing assessments, assisting procedures, administering medications, and coordinating patient care.

You will work in a fast-paced clinic environment, focusing on specialized pain management, with opportunities for continued education and growth within Mercy’s mission-driven system.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited nursing program with RN licensure.
• CPR certification or obtain within 90 days of employment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and assess patients, including pain evaluations, vitals, and medical history.
• Assist providers with spine and pain management procedures and treatments.
• Administer medications and injections; support IV therapy as needed.
• Monitor patients and respond to changes in condition.
• Coordinate care, including follow-ups, referrals, and patient education.
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with clinical standards.
• Support a safe, efficient clinic environment and assist with lab/testing as needed.
