Mercy is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for Spine & Pain Management in a full-time day-shift role. The position focuses on patient-centered care, supports advanced pain management procedures, and collaborates across departments to ensure high-quality outcomes.

Training and orientation are provided, with opportunities for professional growth. The role requires nursing licensure, CPR certification (or within 90 days), and the ability to work in a fast-paced clinic environment.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited school of nursing.
• Knowledge of nursing principles and patient care procedures.
• CPR certification or obtain within 90 days of employment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and assess patients, including pain evaluations, vitals, and medical history.
• Assist providers with spine and pain management procedures and treatments.
• Administer medications and injections; support IV therapy as needed.
• Monitor patients and respond to changes in condition.
• Coordinate care, including follow-ups, referrals, and patient education.
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with clinical standards.
• Support a safe, efficient clinic environment and assist with lab/testing as needed.
