Job summary

Dryan Medical LLC seeks a dynamic spine sales representative to grow accounts in CT. You will manage hospital/clinic territory, educate clinicians on spinal devices, and support surgeries in the OR to ensure smooth procedures. A four-year degree and outside sales success are preferred, with long hours and travel as needed.

Role focuses on building surgeon relationships, increasing product awareness, and expanding the company’s spine portfolio with dedication and professionalism.

Qualifications

• Ability to manage territory responsibilities including covering cases in hospital operating rooms.
• Build business through developing surgeon relationships.
• Demonstrated outside sales experience, 4-year degree preferred.
• Fast learner, able to perform under pressure, strong work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and grow existing accounts while developing new ones in the territory.
• Develop product awareness and education for clinicians to raise demand.
• Provide technical support in the operating room for surgeons and cases.
• Stay updated on spinal/orthopedic products through training and updates.
• Attend surgeries and visits to physician offices to broaden sources of business.
