  • Inventory Management: Oversee the management of orthopedic consignment inventory and equipment, ensuring optimal par levels while minimizing waste.
  • Lead inventory rebalancing and allocation strategies to efficiently meet the demands of the business.
  • New Product Introduction (NPI): Coordinate the launch of new products and their deployment to assigned accounts.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with various departments, including FSO, Marketing, and Supply Chain, to enhance workflow and efficiency.
  • Training and Development: Mentor and train team members on operational protocols, inventory management systems, and compliance standards.
  • Continuous Improvement Initiatives: Identify opportunities for operational enhancements, implement best practices in inventory management, and lead process improvement projects.

Purpose

Key Responsibilities

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with various departments, including FSO, Marketing, and Supply Chain, to enhance workflow and efficiency. Work with external stakeholders to align operational activities with commercial strategies.
  • Training and Development: Mentor and train team members on operational protocols, inventory management systems, and compliance standards. Foster a culture of continuous improvement and knowledge sharing across departments.
  • Continuous Improvement Initiatives: Identify opportunities for operational enhancements, implement best practices in inventory management, and lead process improvement projects that drive efficiency and effectiveness across the organization.
  • Performance Measurement: Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to inventory and operational efficiency. Regularly report on progress and outcomes to senior management.
