Centinel Spine, LLC is seeking a Clinical Accounts Manager for the Upper Plains region (WI, MN, ND, SD), remote field-based with up to 75% travel. You will coordinate with senior managers to meet growth goals, train surgeons and distributors, and ensure regulatory compliance for prodisc products.

A strong OR background and relationship-building skills are essential. The role reports to the Senior Clinical Accounts Manager and offers a base salary with performance incentives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in related field.
• 3–5 years OR sales or clinical experience in spine preferred.
• Knowledge of AdvaMed and federal healthcare guidelines.

Responsabilités

• Align with Regional Managers on arthroplasty targets within the territory.
• Provide clinical support to new arthroplasty users (surgeons and distributors).
• Identify and manage training needs for customers and staff.
• Collaborate with marketing to execute Centinel programs and initiatives.
• Develop training curricula to advance technology knowledge.
• Educate clinicians, sales, and distributors on regulatory compliance and product specs.
