Responsibilities

• Weigh and prepare ingredients accurately according to recipes.
• Track ingredients using FEFO practices.
• Collaborate with shift coordinators to meet daily goals.
• Maintain a clean, safe, organized workspace.
• Perform in-process quality checks and document results.
• Communicate equipment or quality issues to supervisors.
• Overtime and weekend availability may be required.
