Job summary

Litehouse Foods in Lowell, MA is looking for a Mixer to support all mix systems, from spice to prep and testing. You will load ingredients, operate batch automation equipment, and ensure strict allergen controls while maintaining accurate production records.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience in production/manufacturing helpful.
• Ability to operate batch automation tech and maintain records.

Responsibilities

• Load ingredients and operate metering and pumping to produce recipes.
• Run batch automation systems and document production data.
• Changeover and wash down between batches per allergen protocols.
• Maintain clean, organized workspace and adhere to safety rules.
• Use scanners/inventory software and practice FIFO.
• Assist with requisitioning ingredients and supplies.
