Litehouse is hiring a Spice Prep I to support our production team in Lowell, MI. In this hands-on role, you will accurately prepare ingredients and assist the production process, working with both dry and wet ingredients to help maintain quality and efficiency.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in manufacturing or food production preferred.
• Knowledge of GMP, PPE and food safety practices.
• Dependability, attention to detail, and teamwork orientation.

Responsibilities

• Weigh and prepare ingredients with accuracy following recipes and schedules.
• Track ingredients using FEFO practices.
• Coordinate with shift coordinators to meet daily production goals.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and sanitary workspace and follow protocols.
• Perform in-process quality checks and document findings for compliance.
• Report equipment or quality issues to supervision promptly.
• Be flexible for overtime and weekend scheduling.
