Job summary

Reindeer Alley - Hotel Cleveland, operated by Coury Hospitality, seeks a Food and Beverage Runner to connect our bartenders with guests in a fast-paced, luxury speakeasy environment. You will deliver cocktails, beverages, and small bites to tables with accuracy and hospitality.

You will help maintain glassware, stock the bar, and support opening/closing duties, all while contributing to a seamless guest experience in a dynamic setting.

Responsibilities

• Prompt Delivery: Transport food and drinks from bar/kitchen to guest tables, ensuring correct orders reach guests timely.
• Menu Knowledge: Basic understanding of cocktail menu, ingredients, and garnishes to answer brief inquiries on delivery.
• Guest Interaction: Provide polite, discreet, professional service aligned with elevated hospitality.
• Glassware Care: Collect, wash, polish, and organize high-end glassware to keep bar stocked.
• Stocking & Prep: Replenish bar supplies including ice, garnishes, napkins, straws, and backbar inventory.
• Table Bussing: Clear glasses, napkins, and small plates to keep seating clean.
• Closing & Opening Duties: Assist with pre-shift prep and post-shift cleaning and organization.
