Onsite work is required across eligible cities; visas are not sponsored. You will handle transcription, categorization, tagging, and data integrity tasks, building robust datasets for training pipelines.

Qualifications

• 1 year of data labeling, annotation, or related work.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field.
• Ability to follow detailed instructions and apply guidelines consistently.
• High attention to detail and accuracy in repetitive tasks.
• Comfort in structured, process-driven environments.

Responsibilities

• Execute high-volume data labeling and annotation tasks across speech datasets.
• Follow guidelines to ensure consistency, accuracy, and data integrity at scale.
• Work with audio and language data, including transcription and tagging.
• Maintain throughput while meeting quality expectations.
• Escalate unclear cases appropriately.
• Adapt to evolving guidelines and workflows as systems change.
• Support baseline data production needs for AI training pipelines.
• Contribute to team calibrations and quality alignment sessions.
