Welo Data is hiring Data Labeling Analysts to support speech and voice AI systems in a 100% onsite role across multiple US locations. The position focuses on building high-quality language datasets with careful attention to detail and strong judgment in a structured, process-driven environment.

You will work with audio and language data, evaluating model outputs, conducting audits, and providing actionable feedback to improve evaluation frameworks.

Qualifications

• Fluent French required; strong written and oral communication
• Excellent attention to detail in repetitive labeling tasks
• Ability to follow guidelines and maintain consistency across data

Responsibilities

• Evaluate AI model outputs and provide structured, high-quality feedback
• Perform audit-based reviews of data and model behavior to identify patterns and edge cases
