Welo Data is seeking detail-oriented Data Labeling Analysts to support speech and voice AI systems onsite in the United States. You will work with audio and language data to create high-quality labeled datasets used to train AI models, ensuring accuracy and consistency.

Role requires strong judgment, focus, and the ability to follow guidelines in repetitive tasks, with clear communication across cross-functional teams to improve evaluation frameworks and model performance.

Qualificações

• Native-level fluency in Arabic
• 1 year of work experience in data labeling, annotation, or content-focused work, or a related Bachelor's degree
• Ability to follow detailed instructions and apply guidelines consistently
• High attention to detail and accuracy in repetitive tasks
• Familiarity with AI, speech technology, or language data is a plus

Responsabilidades

• Evaluate AI model outputs and provide structured, high-quality feedback
• Perform audit-based reviews of data and model behavior—identifying patterns, edge cases, and failure modes
• Apply guidelines thoughtfully—and flag when they don’t reflect real-world scenarios
• Contribute to improving evaluation frameworks, not just executing them
• Identify trends in model performance and communicate insights clearly
• Participate in team discussions, calibrations, and stakeholder syncs
• Partner with leads and cross-functional teams to refine quality standards
• Document findings in a clear, concise, and actionable way
