Encompass Health Rehabilitation Hospital of Sioux Falls is seeking a Therapy Team Leader who is a licensed clinician and passionate about both clinical excellence and team development. You will lead a multidisciplinary therapy team, supervise therapists, assistants, and technicians, and continue providing hands-on patient care to help patients achieve meaningful outcomes.

In this role, you will evaluate patients, develop therapy plans, monitor progress, mentor staff, and coordinate scheduling

Competenze

• Current state license as a PT, OT, or SLP license required.
• BLS ( CPR ) required or must be obtained within 30 days of hire within this role.
• Minimum three years discipline-specific experience.
• Active on Therapy Clinical Ladder (when eligible) or specialty professional certification preferred.
• Leadership experience preferred.

Mansioni

• Provide patient evaluations and develop therapy treatments.
• Supervise therapists, assistants, and technicians.
• Administer skilled therapy treatment and monitor patient response.
• Support staff development and performance management.
• Coordinate team tasks, paperwork, training, and schedules to achieve business goals and objectives.
