You will evaluate patients, develop therapy plans, supervise therapists, assistants, and technicians, and coordinate team tasks to meet department goals.

Qualifications

• Current state license as PT, OT, or SLP is required.
• BLS/CPR certification required or obtainable within 30 days of hire.
• Minimum three years of discipline-specific experience.
• Leadership experience preferred.
• Active on Therapy Clinical Ladder or specialty certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient evaluations and develop therapy treatments.
• Supervise therapists, assistants, and technicians.
• Administer skilled therapy treatment and monitor patient response.
• Support staff development and performance management.
• Coordinate team tasks, paperwork, training, and schedules to achieve goals.
• Drive continuous quality improvement.
