Encompass Health Rehabilitation Hospital of Sioux Falls is seeking a Therapy Team Leader who is a licensed clinician and eager to lead while continuing to provide hands-on patient care. You will balance clinical excellence with team development, mentor therapists, and drive meaningful outcomes for patients.

In this role, you will evaluate patients, develop therapy plans, supervise staff, coordinate schedules, and support quality improvement initiatives in a collaborative hospital setting.

Qualifications

• Active state license required (PT/OT/SLP).
• BLS (CPR) required or must be obtained within 30 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient evaluations and develop therapy treatments.
• Supervise therapists, assistants, and technicians.
• Administer skilled therapy treatment and monitor patient response.
• Support staff development and performance management.
• Coordinate team tasks, paperwork, training, and schedules to achieve business goals and objectives.
• Drive continuous quality improvement.
