PurposeCare is a leading home health provider delivering care in clients' homes with a focus on autonomy and compassionate support. We are seeking a Home Health Registered Nurse to join our growing Midwest team, offering flexible schedules and meaningful patient interactions.

The role is paid per visit with competitive base rates, mileage reimbursement, and a comprehensive benefits package including medical, vision, 401K, life, and disability insurance.

Qualifications

• Current license with the state Board of Nursing.
• 1 year of nursing experience is required - home health and OASIS experience preferred.
• Ability to perform tasks involving physical activity, which may include heavy lifting up to 50 lbs, bending, and standing.
• Current Driver's License, vehicle insurance, and/or access to dependable transportation.
• Ability to successfully complete a background check.

Hiring Range

This is a paid per visit position - Rates range from $45 - $105 base
