Job summary

Greenville Post Acute in Greenville, SC seeks a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for PRN, flexible scheduling. You will evaluate and treat residents with speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing disorders, collaborating with physicians and the rehab team.

Must hold a Master’s or Doctoral degree in SLP and an active SC license; experience in skilled nursing or rehab is preferred. PCC and Casamba experience a plus. This role offers meaningful impact and potential full-time opportunities.

Qualifications

• Master’s or Doctoral degree in Speech-Language Pathology is required.
• Active, unencumbered SC SLP license is required.
• Continued education and good standing with the State Board are required.
• Experience in a skilled nursing or rehab setting is preferred.
• Familiarity with PCC and Casamba is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform evaluations within 24 hours (or 1 business day) of referral.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Provide therapy for speech, language, cognition, and dysphagia.
• Supervise SLP Assistants (if applicable) per state guidelines.
• Maintain accurate and compliant clinical documentation.
• Participate in care plans, rehab meetings, and discharge planning.
• Provide staff education and in-service training.
• Serve as a clinical resource and mentor (including CFY support if applicable).
