Job summary

Escondido Pa is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our Greenville Post Acute team. In this PRN role, you will evaluate and treat residents with speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing disorders while collaborating with the interdisciplinary team.

This position offers competitive pay of $45-50/hour and flexible scheduling. The ideal candidate will hold a Master's or Doctoral degree in Speech-Language Pathology and a valid South Carolina SLP license.

You will collaborate with physicians, families, and the interdisciplinary team to deliver high-quality, individualized care.### **Key Responsibilities*** Perform **evaluations within 24 hours (or 1 business day)** of referral* Develop and implement **individualized treatment plans*** Provide therapy for **communication, cognition, and dysphagia*** Supervise **SLP Assistants (if applicable)** in accordance with state practice guidelines* Monitor resident progress and adjust treatment as needed* Maintain accurate and compliant **clinical documentation*** Participate in **care plans, rehab meetings, and discharge planning*** Provide **staff education and in-service training*** Serve as a **clinical resource and mentor (including CFY support if applicable)**### **Qualifications*** Master’s or Doctoral degree in **Speech-Language Pathology*** Active, unencumbered **SLP license in South Carolina (required)*** Must meet all **state and federal requirements for clinical practice*** Maintain continuing education and **good standing with the State Board*** Experience in a **skilled nursing or rehab setting preferred*** Familiarity with **PointClickCare (PCC) and Casamba preferred*** Strong clinical, communication, and leadership skills### ### ### **Why Join Greenville Post Acute?**At GPA, you’ll enjoy the **flexibility of PRN work** while being part of a **team that truly cares**—about residents, outcomes, and each other.
