Job summary

Nora Springs Care Center is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) in Iowa to design and implement therapy programs that improve communication and swallowing abilities. This in-house team supports your growth with mentorship and opportunities, with options for full-time, part-time, and PRN schedules.

Qualifications

• State of Iowa Speech-Language Pathologist License or eligible to sit for boards.
• Experience preferred, but new grads and Clinical Fellows considered.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and direct customized speech therapy programs.
• Provide counseling, prevention, and wellness strategies.
• Conduct screenings and diagnoses of communication and swallowing disorders.
• Deliver direct treatment to improve speech, language, and swallowing function.
• Collaborate with residents and staff to tailor individualized care plans.

What We’re Looking For:
