Heritage Care & Rehabilitation Center in Mason City, IA is seeking a Speech Therapist (SLP) to design and implement therapy programs that help patients improve communication and swallowing abilities. Qualifications

• Iowa SLP license or eligibility for licensure.
• Experience preferred; new grads welcome.
• Ability to design and implement therapy programs.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and direct customized speech therapy programs.
• Provide counseling, prevention, and wellness strategies.
• Conduct screenings and diagnoses of communication and swallowing disorders.
• Deliver direct treatment to help patients improve speech, language, and swallowing function.
• Work closely with residents and staff to develop and adjust individualized care plans.

Your Impact

As a Speech Therapist (SLP), you will:

• Design, implement, and direct customized speech therapy programs.
• Provide counseling, prevention, and wellness strategies.

What We’re Looking For

• State of Iowa Speech-Language Pathologist License – or eligible to sit for board exams
• Experience preferred – but we’re also willing to invest in new grads and Clinical Fellows!
