Job summary

Northgate Care Center in Iowa is hiring a Speech Therapist (SLP) to design and implement therapy programs that enhance patients' speech, language, and swallowing abilities. We welcome new grads and Clinical Fellows; we offer full-time, part-time, and PRN schedules with competitive pay and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Licensed or eligible for State of Iowa SLP license.

Your Impact:

As aSpeech Therapist (SLP), you will:

• Design, implement, and direct customized speech therapy programs.

• Provide counseling, prevention, and wellness strategies.

• Conduct screenings and diagnoses of communication and swallowing disorders.

• Deliver direct treatment to help patients improve speech, language, and swallowing function.

• Work closely with residents and staff to develop and adjust individualized care plans.

What We’re Looking For:

• State of Iowa Speech-Language Pathologist License–or eligible to sit for board exams

• Experience preferred – but we’re also willing to invest in new grads and Clinical Fellows!
