Lake Mills Care Center is seeking a Speech Therapist (SLP) to design and implement therapy programs that improve patients’ communication and swallowing abilities. The role offers full-time, part-time, and PRN options to fit your lifestyle with competitive pay and full benefits.

Qualifications

• State of Iowa Speech-Language Pathologist License or eligibility for board exams
• Experience preferred, but we welcome new grads and Clinical Fellows

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and direct customized speech therapy programs.
• Provide counseling, prevention, and wellness strategies.
• Conduct screenings and diagnoses of communication and swallowing disorders.
• Deliver direct treatment to help patients improve speech, language, and swallowing function.
• Work closely with residents and staff to develop and adjust individualized care plans.
