Sharp HealthCare in California is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist to evaluate and treat patients, developing and adjusting treatment plans to maximize function. You will participate in CQI activities and collaborate with Rehab leadership to drive department initiatives.

Requires a Master's in Speech Therapy (or equivalent) and AHA BLS. CCC-SLP/SLPCF credentials with CA temporary license are required, with weekend and variable shifts as noted.

Formación

• Graduate of an approved professional school of Speech Therapy or Master's degree in Speech Therapy.
• AHA BLS for Healthcare Professional – REQUIRED.
• CCC-SLP credential or SLPCF plus CA temporary license – REQUIRED.

Responsabilidades

• Evaluates and treats patients within the scope of care as prescribed by a physician.
• Assists patients in reaching maximum performance and function.
• Participates in departmental CQI, staff meetings and chart reviews.
• Documents and enters all elements of patient management; adheres to guidelines.
• Promotes departmental goals and ensures operational efficiency and safety.
