Job summary

Qualifications

• Graduate of an approved professional school of Speech Therapy, or Master’s degree in Speech Therapy.
• AHA BLS Healthcare Provider certification required.
• CCC-SLP and CA Speech-Language Pathologist licensure (or SLPCF + CA Temporary License) required.

Responsibilities

• Evaluates and directs therapy modalities as prescribed by a licensed physician.
• Assists patients to reach maximum performance and functioning.
• Participates in department goals, CQI, and system-wide activities as needed.
• Documents all elements of patient management in a timely, accurate manner.
• Promotes departmental efficiency and supports patient safety and satisfaction.
