Qualifications

• Licensed Speech-Language Pathologist in good standing.
• Experience in long-term care or skilled nursing preferred.
• Strong communication and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan, develop, organize, implement, evaluate and direct Speech therapy services and programs.
• Assess patients appropriate to their age and care needs.
• Maintain accurate documentation and department records.
• Ensure effective communication regarding ST programs and participate in discharge planning.
• Support daily rehabilitation operations and safety compliance.
