Qualifications

• M.A. or M.S. in Speech and Language Pathology, CCC or CFY, and eligible for licensure.
• Experience providing speech therapy services in skilled nursing or long-term care settings preferred.
• Ability to plan, organize, direct and document ST programs in compliance with state and federal standards.

Responsibilities

• Plan, develop, organize, implement, and direct Speech therapy services and programs.
• Assess patients appropriate to their age and manage caseloads within productivity expectations.
• Maintain accurate documentation and reporting in line with regulations.
• Communicate effectively about ST programs with staff and residents.
• Ensure HIPAA compliance and maintain resident confidentiality.
• Participate in discharge planning and resident care team activities.
