Job summary

Agility Health and Rehabilitation in University Place, WA is seeking a Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) for PRN daytime shifts. Work within an in-house therapy team at a single facility with a supportive leadership structure and a diverse caseload.

Candidates must hold WA licensure or be eligible, be a graduate of an accredited SLP program, and have SNF experience preferred though new grads are encouraged to apply. Competitive pay and daily pay options are offered.

Qualifications

• Active WA Speech Therapist license or eligibility.
• Graduate of an accredited Speech Language Pathology program.

Responsibilities

• Provide speech-language pathology services to a diverse SNF caseload.
• Collaborate with rehab team to develop and implement patient-centered care plans.
• Educate patients, families, and staff on therapy goals and progress.
