The Speech‑Language Pathologist (SLP) is responsible for performing comprehensive patient evaluations of cognitive‑communication, swallowing, voice, speech, hearing, and/or language, as ordered by physicians. This role is responsible for all aspects of patient care including evaluation, plan of care, treatments, education of patient/family, communication with physicians, and documentation of patient care.
