Job summary

MEP Health in Ohio is seeking a Speech Language Pathologist to deliver in‑home therapy services for hearing, swallowing, and language impairments. You will evaluate abilities, plan and provide rehabilitative therapy, and maintain detailed clinical records.

You will educate caregivers and family members to support progress, collaborate with healthcare teams, and ensure patient‑centered care with a strong focus on safety and quality, including dedicated 1:1 patient care and reliable

Qualifications

• Master's degree required in SLP or related field.
• Current unrestricted SLP license in the relevant state.
• CPR/AED/BLS/First Aid certification required.
• Reliable transportation required.
• Minimum of 1 year of professional home health or similar setting experience.

Responsibilities
