Job summary

ITS Integrated Therapy Solutions is seeking an experienced SLP supervisor to lead pediatric therapy services in Hawthorne, CA. You will manage your own caseload, collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, and contribute to program growth with flexible scheduling and performance-based earnings.

Ideal candidates hold an accredited SLP degree, active licensure, and 2–3 years of pediatric experience, with a passion for exceptional patient outcomes and ongoing professional development.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited Speech Therapy Program.
• Proof of current or pending state licensure as an SLP.
• Dedication to exceptional patient outcomes and quality of care.
• A desire for continuous learning and growth.
• 2-3 years of experience working as an SLP (Pediatrics Preferred).
• Must have a high communication level, great self-control, and really enjoy working with others.
• Must be willing to work with other divisions of the organization on the prediction of schedules, referral development, and team cooperation to ensure a “whole child” approach to all therapies offered.
