Job summary

ITS Integrated Therapy Solutions in Hawthorne, CA is seeking a full-time Physical Therapist for our outpatient pediatric clinic. You’ll manage your own caseload with autonomy, delivering one-on-one sessions tailored to each child’s plan and collaborating across disciplines to support a whole-child approach.

We offer flexible compensation, a Mon-Fri schedule (8am–8pm), ongoing professional development, mentorship, and a supportive environment focused on growth and exceptional patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited Physical Therapy Program.
• Proof of current or pending state licensure as a PT.
• Pediatric experience preferred.

What You Will Need

• Work with other divisions of the organization on the prediction of schedules, referral development, and team cooperation to ensure a "whole child" approach to all therapies offered.
• Work independently as a self-driven clinician while continuing to grow within our interdisciplinary team.
