Job summary

ITS Integrated Therapy Solutions in Hawthorne, CA seeks an experienced speech-language pathologist to step into a clinical supervisor role. You will oversee one-on-one SLP sessions for children from birth to 21, and you’ll collaborate with a dynamic team of therapists to deliver holistic care.

We value self-motivated professionals who can manage their caseload independently, grow professionally, and contribute to schedules and referrals across divisions.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited Speech Therapy Program.
• Current or pending state licensure as an SLP.
• 2–3 years of SLP experience (Pediatrics preferred).
• Strong communication, self-control, and collaborative mindset.
• Willing to coordinate with other divisions for schedules and referrals.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one SLP sessions for children birth to 21.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver holistic care.

What You Will Need

• Graduate from an accredited Speech Therapy Program.
• Proof of current or pending state licensure as an SLP.
• Dedication to exceptional patient outcomes and quality of care.
• A desire for continuous learning and growth.
• 2-3 years of experience working as an SLP (Pediatrics Preferred).
• Must have a high communication level, great self-control, and really enjoy working with others.
• Must be willing to work with other divisions of the organization on the prediction of schedules, referral development, and team cooperation to ensure a “whole child” approach to all therapies offered.
