Leaps & Bounds Pediatric Therapy is a multidisciplinary outpatient private practice in need of a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist . We are a growing and fast-paced campus that offers Physical, Occupational, and Speech therapy services in a traditional clinical setting, as well as on our ranch, with the incorporation of the horse as part of a comprehensive evidence-based plan (hippotherapy.) SLP II Job Duties include:
A Speech Language Pathologist-Pediatrics delivers excellent family-centered patient care, that aims to support functional goals and needs of the patient and their family. SLPs perform assessments and interpretation of evaluations and test results; determines speech therapy treatment plans in consultation with physicians or by prescription, and carries out a treatment plan that supports functional improvement across the lifespan.
Compensation Range Based On Experience: $104,000.00 - $124,00.00
