Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Speech/Language Pathology required.
• Current or provisional ASHA certification within 1 year of hire.
• Current SLP license in applicable state.
• BLS certification required.
• Certifications must be current before caring for patients independently.
• Must be able to respond to emergency situations.
• Preferred: 1 year of experience; experience with patients of all ages.

Responsibilities

• Performs objective assessments and develops comprehensive individualized treatment programs for assigned patients.
• Adheres to departmental policies and procedures regarding referral.
• Responds to emergency situations as needed.
• Cares for patients of all ages (preferred).
