• Plans, develops, organizes, implements, evaluates, and directs the delivery of speech language pathology and audiology services.
• Evaluates and reports key performance indicator outcomes of the speech language pathology and audiology department.
• Develops and maintains positive relationships with residents, employees, and family members.
• Complies with facility policies and procedures, as well as state and federal regulations.
• Promotes teamwork, mutual respect, and effective communication among staff members.
• Identifies and collaborates with members of the interdisciplinary team, physicians, and consultants to identify opportunities for enhanced services.
